An Online Extended Home Renovation Consultation with an RIAI Registered Architect to address your Home Renovation needs in greater detail including:
How to organise your space, use your rooms and maximise the flow of space.
How to optimise your room layouts including re-arrange your existing furniture and/or choose new furniture.
How you might make structural alterations, with the further guidance of a structural engineer, by removing a wall or create an opening between 2 rooms.
How to optimise natural light and sun.
Choose floors, windows and other finishes as well as colours.
How to meet your storage needs, both built-in and freestanding.
How to lay out and design your kitchen in detail
The Finer Detail:
Up to 3 hours of my time, which includes a 1 hour online consultation, to address whatever issues you wish to discuss.
You will fill out a form ahead of the consultation describing the main issues you are currently experiencing with your home which I will assess ahead of the consultation.
We will then hop on a video call to discuss these issues, and I will table options for how your home can adapt and what can be achieved.
A follow up report will be issued within 1 week of the design consultation, outlining your personalized Project Brief which can then be used as an aid for engaging other construction professionals. The report will include scaled, freehand sketches (if plans of your home are available), and/or hand-written notes with guidance on how to carry the project forward.
No cost estimates are provided, however options will be given with regard to the clients estimated budget. You will have sufficient information at the end of the consultation to get outline estimates from a Contractor or a Cost Estimate from a Quantity Surveyor.
